This is not surprising. I believe NK was originally scheduled to be removed in August, but there was some hesitation for one reason or another. I think it was fairly obvious NK was only bluffing with its recent actions. They simply barred the weapons inspectors from the sites rather than expelling them from the country. It will be interesting, however, from this point on.
