I've never found any good free sources. I'll have to check out Sopcast.

They usually have all the sport events of the day, and a link with the channel and the software you need to use. I use it all the time to watch premium football matches

 

I only speak english so finding my way around that site is pretty dificult.

There's an english help at the top right.

But all you have to do is pick up a sport event. For example, let's say you want to watch England-Kazakhstan today, look for the match in the right index (they're sorted by hour, I think it's Madrid time), click on it and you'll see a full list of allt he channels that broadcast it and the channel address for every program that has it.
