Fable 2 gets a 9.5, Fallout 3 gets a 10 from OXM

Well I agree Fall-out 3 is phenomenal, But I'm going to give it a 9.5, it really looks to much like Oblivion (but heavily improved). It's kinda awesome though that the first review I ever write is about such a great game.
