If you have Noscript, you should check you have scripts allowed for that page
My advice would be that you boot FF with all the plugins turned off (Start -> Programs-> Mozilla Firefox -> Mozilla Firefox (Safe Mode)), and try to watch a video from there, if you can, it's a problem with a plugin, if you can't, you've got a problem with your configuration
