- I don't own an HD television and from what I get it's a must from the so-called "HD" consoles. if I bought a new TV, I'll try to get a good one, which in the end will make the price of the whole Xbox360+HDTV go much higher. And it seems that finding a proper HD TV is not a easy task, and at the moment I don't want to spend time searching for a good HD TV.

- like for the TV, if I were to get an Xbox360 I would probably go for a version with decent features, not the cheaper one.

- the Xbox 360 doesn't have that many games I really want. And half the ones I'm interested in are also available on PC. Strangely I'm more interested in games from XBLA (Braid, Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2, Double Dragon,...) than Xbox360 retail games.

- RROD. Even though the consoles are apparently more reliable, the risk of failure still feels too high to me.

- it seems too big, as I don't have that much space in my appartement where I already have most of my consoles (old and current).

- I have enough (too much) games already.

- a cheaper console doesn't make the price of the games go down. What's up with the price of the PS360 games ? I've never paid more than 60€ for a new game (and that still feels expensive), I don't now if I'm ready to accept paying even more for new games.
