What is the easiest way to be able to play NTSC PS/PS2 games on my PAL PS2?

I actually own both a PAL and NTSC ps2, they're quite cheap these days, so its not as bad as you would think if there's alot of games you want. I own about 30 NTSC games, so it was worth the extra purchase.
But if you must, swap magic is you friend.
