Why wouldn't you buy a xbox360 at 150 euro?

I dont have a 360 yet, but i feel like if I would rather wait another year or two and buy the next xbox "720", then i can play the 360 games and have a new system.

I can use the $300, and instead of buying a core, I can use it toward the price of the next system.
