Yes, I looked it up and you're correct. In 2006, Activision secured the licence to make Bond-related games. I didn't realize that separate companies distributed Bond movies and Bond-related games.
It's surprising that Sony hasn't made a move to secure exclusive rights to Bond-related games seeing as they own rights to the movies.
