All they wanted, was to "delay" BluRays victory over HD-DVD - to make it even harder for it to become adopted as a standard.

Its just like this generation - its not about winning, its about neutralising Sony. They have done a pretty good job to date :P

 

So all those people who bought the HD-DVD add-on for the XBox360 were just part of Microsoft's plan to delay Bluray adoption?  And you guys LIKE Microsoft?

Well.. all those people who bought a PS3 were just part of Sony's plan to make Blu-Ray succesfull, so what's the point?
