The reason We can say Lazy Devlopers is because its EA and this is the game that has carried the company for over a decade. This game should have the Biggest budget of all thier games.
If sony can have a launch game at 1080p @ 60fps
Then EA with its second madden game on the system should be able to have 1080p 60fps.
I have taken 2 programming classes C++ and visual basics, and the two thing that professors tell you is not to take shortcuts and to optimize your code for the situation.
