Croc V viper is gonna be pretty boring, as they're both dead.
Mouse V leopard is a no brainer. The mouse will use his diminutive size and lightning speed to devastating effect and deliver 1000s of seemingly insignificant tiny blows until the leopard dies of blood loss and internal injuries. Job done.
