Says Disney a company with the most erratic release schedule of classic cartoons and movies on "video". Disney release films every 5-10 years only to have them released for a limited time then lock that title up for 5-10 years. I would believe this if it was from a real movie studio like Warner Bros., Paramount, or Universal.
