Copy the image address, then go post (Rich text reply), click on the tree (between the anchor and the paintbrush) and paste the adress. Sometimes you might have some problems (mostly with Imageshack) but most of times it works perfectly. You can also add a Youtube video by copying the address, instead of choosing the tree, choose the movie one and then paste. It's hard the first two times you do it, then becomes second nature
