Uncharted is almost a year old, but to my knowledge (someone feel free to correct me if I am wrong) is not currently under the "Greatest Hits" lineup, hence it is still full price.
Folklore is kind of an action RPG, but even at that the RPG elements (in my opinion) are very light. The two characters you play level up, but that really just means you get an increase in health. Ellen (the female playable character) gets different cloaks (read: armor) that have a few status effect changes. The "folks" that each character collect also level up by defeating certain other folks or collecting a certain number of items, etc. At one time there was a demo of Folklore on the PlayStation Store and I as recall gave a very good impression of the gameplay and story overall. The only thing it lacked was the ability to explore the hub town, I believe. The game also features a fair amount of downloadable content should you really take to the game.
I believe Eternal Sonata sometime this month. Its more of a traditional JRPG, I think there is a demo for the this one as well. The only other RPG I can think of at the moment is Enchanted Arms (an Xbox360 port) though I have never played it.
