Hehe...I'm buying a $500 computer this month actually. A dual-core AMD processor, 2 gigs of ram, an x800 graphics card, crossfire capability...300 gb of storage I think...
All in all I think it's a good purchase...for $500 I can afford to get a better graphics card later, or perhaps a second x800...
Much more valuable to me than a PS3.
