To be fair, you had a decent bit of stuff from Tri-Ace and Square Soft during E3, so why not the other way around for a major Western developer? It's not like Halo is virtually unknown in Japan - It's sold better than a large portion of the X360 lineup, including Japanese-developed exclusives.
