Almost every preview has been overwhelmingly positive..............

First there'd be co-op online, then it will be patched in day 1, now it has been delayed to "soon after launch." Failure to deliver promised content at its finest. Previews for Lair and Haze were very positive too!

Whilst "couch co-op" was unvieled ages ago, online co-op was only confirmed at E3.  Are you seriously suggesting that this amounts to the same sort of years-long hype received for features in Fable, Haze and Lair that were either non-existant or shit?

Wow, nice spin there. You're defending the entire game by telling me it has had good previews and I'm telling you that a whole lot of other games have had similar previews. I don't belive I mentioned anything about preview of the features, but maybe your intelligence is so far beyond me that you can see more in between the lines than what I think is there....

When the feature was announced doesn't matter in the least bit. It was announced and it will not be present. It was then delayed but a day one patch and it's no longer even that. Molyneux should have just came out and delayed it. Word on the street is that the delaying when needed is a sign of good developers.

Ok I see where you are coming from now.  I thought you were trying to imply the game would be like Lair or Haze quality-wise.  I agree that the delay of online co-op is definitely bad (although it wont effect me).  But I am betting the lack of a game delay has more to do with Microsoft than with Lionhead......
