1UP has confirmed that there's a new kill streak reward as well.

"While the first two kill-streak bonuses remain the same (a recon plane at three kills and an artillery barrage at five), when you reach No. 7, you can "release the dogs." After doing so, either Kiefer Sutherland or Gary Oldman (depending on whatever team you're on) screams, "Release the dogs!" and dogs start running in all over the map."
