Rumor: God of War III European release date announced?

I was recenlty reading something from wikipedia about God of War III being released in Europe on March 2, 2009.

God of War III is a forthcoming installment in the God of War video game franchise. It was formally announced at E3 2008,^[1] and will be released in 2009 exclusively for the PlayStation 3.^[2] It is rumoured that God of War III will be released for Europe on March 2, 2009

 

What do you guys think about this? Does this mean God of War III will be released maybe in February 2009 in the U.S.
