There's an article from a cruise review website (hey, they even have those!) that said the LED (Not LCD, not projection) screen was 20ft. 20x12=240". But you are right - it looks far far larger than the PS3 projector.
Edit: Maybe it's because that Japanese website with the PS3 screen has the size listed as cm, not inches?
And yeah, that is great advertising - anyone that plays on that cruise ship would be having an experience that would be hard to forget.
