Maybe you should run the anti virus scans/ malware scans in safe mode as well. Cleanses the viruses better.
To get to safe mode, hit F8 (i think) while in the booting sequence in the total beginning.
also, malwarebytes is a good program. Helped me the last time I got a virus on here.
