Japan has never had the 80gb PS3. Originally they had the 60gb/20gb Full BC PS3 (like the US). The 40gb No BC PS3 was introduced last November. Then very early this year the 60/20gb PS3's were discontinued and all that has been left is the 40gb no BC PS3. The 40gb No BC PS3 is available in all those colors already. This new bundle is basically a hdd upgrade (40gb -> 80gb) and GT5P included as well.(I'm assuming this is the same 80gb No BC PS3 as in the US) The price is the same as the current 40gb PS3.
