I'm sorry, but it seems to me like you dont understand how the military works.10 million Chinese soldiers are no threat to the United States.  China could never get past our navy or air force, let alone have the logistical capacity to support that many troops away from their country.  Modern warfare is about technology, its not about shear numbers anymore, in fact its far from it.
