The heads of Ensemble and some of the workers are forming another company which has already agreed to work on Halo Wars content and other stuff for MGS. The rest of the workers will be offered other positions in MGS if they want. It's cheaper dealing with an independent company then an internal one. Just ask Sony's Europe studios
