No, I actually remember them saying they think they reached the limit with Gears 1 a few years back. They haven't said anything like that for Gears 2 yet. Looks like the limit isn't as clear cut as they may have thought.
GOTY Contestants this year: Dead Space 2, Dark Souls, Tales of Graces f. Everything else can suck it.
