Pretty easy fix - Swap license rights. If MS gives Nintendo access to have Halo 1 & 2 ported to the Wii, Nintendo gives rights for the XBLA version of Goldeneye. Its not like anyone is making money off the old games as is, so might as well do a fair trade. Im sure bungie would like to play with some Wii motion controls in their development now that they are no longer directly owned by MS
