So is that the same reason why there was Nintendo hate? Because they dominated the 8 and 16-bit eras then ended up in second, then third, in the 5th and 6th generations, respectively?
If that's the case, then people are immature. I also remember Tretton saying (along the lines of), "Because we dominated the last 2 generations, people were waiting for us to mess up. Now people just make lies about the PS3 just because we were first the last 2 generations..." Again, this is not a direct quote (meaning not exactly), but that really screams cockiness.
I think it's their arrogance that has brought them down and also has lead to some hate.
