SRPGs similar to Disgaea series and Final Fantasy Tactics?

i'm actually in the middle of playing ff war of lions for the psp... i have to say its a great game, but changing classes and unlocking new ones is a bit of a hassle. I kinda consider myself quite good with srpgs as i've completes diasgea 2 with ease, tactics ogre on the gba, both fire emblems, dynasty warriors tactics and a couple others.

but for some reason i'm finding war of lions quite tough, especially the boss battles... but its still a good game!
