Rockstar once said that they wanted to make GTA4 timed exclusive to the PS3 the same way that they did during the PS2 days, but Kutaragi wasnt responsive (it's a money issue for sure)
The same thing happened with Ubisoft for Assassins Creed
and by the way, the 4 reasons listed are what makes ME hate them
