My major PS3 network problem need help!

You can try to set up your PS3 internet connection manually. I've read that for most such problems this solved the issue (or opening up modem ports, use alternative IP addresses for your region, could be a temporary PSN or ISP problem though, etc) . Search for this error code on google, find postings expressing similar issues and let us know if you solved the problem.

You can still use the internet browser your PS3 right?

ive searched on google and people just say to restart the modem and to ring Sony.

and this may help in finding out what is wrong.  Just recently when its signed me out and ive done a connection test it says that everything is successful.  So why did it sign me out if everything is successful?
