He turned hismself into the police for this... and he's released a book on him actually doing the acts he's accused of doing.
Including bombing the Pentagon.
The only reason he got off was because of "goverment misconduct" during the search for him.

He's guilty, everyone knows he's guilty.... you could ask him face to face and he'd tell you he did it. He's like OJ if OJ outright told you after the trial "Yeah I did it." whenever you asked.
Whether or not he tried to kill people... is an assumption on my part. But if he could get away with bombing the pentagon i'd guess he could kill someone though.
