If someone really wanted to do this, they shouldve gone the Astro Boy way. Itd be so much easier and better to animate DB with a new twist than to go and make a live-action which looks like a joke.
"The accumulated filth of all their sex and murders will foam up about their waist and all the whores and politicians will look up and shout "Save us!"...
