That would kidna be the same if you were friends with him after he murdered is girlfriend in his appartment... and it was common knowledge he had done it... and instead of kinda been friends with him... you worked with him on a lot of stuff by choice.
Also, someone who is a convicted terrorist is generally somethign worse then someone who is convicted for bribing people. It's really not so much a problem of actual character though as it is of really really crappy sense for a politcian.
I mean... I don't think the guy ever actually killed anybody... or intended to kill everybody. He just set up a bunch of explosives that very eaisly could of killed somebody... unless you count the people who died trying to build the bombs.
