Some of the features I'd like to see aren't even possible due to the way the system was designed in the first place. Solid-state media as the primary format, for example, is out since the system relies on UMDs. A screen less prone to ghosting would be nice, too. And sturdier construction so that dropping it onto a carpet isn't a potentially system-destroying act. I also dislike the entire "power/reset/key lock" being on one switch; it'd be better to have key lock and standby on totally different parts of the system (I can't count how many times I've booted up my system and accidentally put it into key lock mode).
