That's kind of a flame bait thing to say, but I actually kind of think there's something to it, because this kind of stuff is popping up all over the place. Mostly bad lasers, but I've seen a lot of PS3 hardware failure posts lately too, and ironically enough, a hardware failure on the PS3 gives you a red light. I even saw someone call it the RLoD (red light of death). I think that's taking it a bit too far, but the PS3 is definitely not without its hardware problems.
