So what game would you say has this much detail? Gears 2? KZ2? Oblivion? MGS4? None of them come close. It's one thing having awesome graphics. It's another to be able to have a chain of properties for instance and be a landlord. Own shops, set the prices. Sort out the stock levels. Decorate your home. Affect the economy. Become a conniseur or ladies man. For instance Oblivion promised so much, but falls so short in comparison to Fable 2. Yeah in Gears 2, the graphics are awesome, but as usual you pick up a gun and fire it. In terms of next gen gameplay Fable 2 has done leaps and bounds. Thats my point. Finally it's not just ooohhh look at the ai there it ran for cover pretty good. Look at the texture there. Those things can get old quick.

In an MMORPG that would be fun because things like an Economy affect the gameplay experience of everyone playing for example in FLYFF cash shop users drove the price of rare items up causing super inflation . In a single player game the abovve elements aren't as apealing or rewarding what significance would an economy have if you were the only one truly affected by it ?
I mean do people in town dress poorer , spend less money on goods , die younger when the economy is poor in Fable 2 ? well if not then it's nothing special , in order to make up for having no real players other than yourself being affected by economy lionhead should atleast design the game to change with economic conditions etc.
Sorting out stock levels , decorating homes isn't anything new or oringinal maybe the developers of lionhead have found a new and innovative way to implement it but these things you go on about have all been done before in some form, possibly even better.
Honestly I don't see anything special about fable 2.
