I paid more attention to the French language debate, since I didn't have the Palin distraction. The English debate was good in that it allowed for a more free-flowing of ideas since it was in the mother tongue of more of the participants. I was impressed with Harper fending off a foursome of opposition, but everyone scored some points at some point.
If Duceppe was not in a party with a separatist agenda that cannot statistically aspire to power, I'd see him as my favorite leader.
