I would have to agree with Supernova82, due to the recent price cuts.
4 million sales in Oct / Nov / Dec is definitely possible, infact the 360 did over 4 million in this time frame last year whilst being at a higher price point and it has been tracking above last year so far.
I think 4.5 - 5 million is very likely.
PS3 is unlucky in one sense as the credit crunch is not going to help it and so the 360 could steal away some potential PS3 purchases (much less likely to steal Wii purchases).
