Freeze all discretionary spending except for DoD. Implement a no pork policy on Congressional bills. Issue executive order combating the Community Reinvestment Act. Commit to eliminating foreign war debt from previous centuries. No bailouts and a creation of a Congressional Finance Oversight Committee.
