Public perception? I think Palin will be the one who had the positive impact.
She went in there, everyone was expecting her to be a moron. She was repetitive, ignorant, and inarticulate. Much better than completely incompetent or moronic.
Biden won the debate, but that was never in question.
I would cite regulation, but I know you will simply ignore it.
