Hmmm, I think no one can give a proper opinion about it if they don't know anything about graphics in the first place. I'm not saying the IGN guys (or myself, or even you) know more about computer graphics and all the mapping stuff, but all I'll say is this:

If Gears 2 can look beautiful AND run at a constant 60 FPS (or so I've heard, compared to Gears 1 on 360 that ran at 30 FPS), then what are we blaming them for giving the game this ''title?''

I'm sure if Killzone 2 is able to pull that off though, some of us will be proven wrong! o_o

Gears 2 runs at 30fps not 60fps.
