Still located in the US is a major turn off for me. It adds to shipping prices and rates, sucks money out of Canada and doesn't create Canadian jobs.

I never knew of NCIX, but if they are Canadian located and hopefully owned, I will definitely look at them and consider them as a viable alternative.
