1Gb/s Internet Connections @Home already a reality?

That makes no sense.  You get 100 megabits per second per second?  And are you sure you are looking at your internet connection, and not your LAN connection speed?

If we are going by that measure my internal network at home is at 1 Gbps =P

 

Its a 100 Mbps dedicated line wired through the whole condo building... it was built from the ground up by Telus (canadian telecommunication company). The only thing is that you can only get it exclusively from Telus, can't use any other ISPs.

 

Anyways, I can download movies in 40 minutes
