I wouldn't necessarily say more intelligent, at least in regards to game design. Love him or hate him, cliffy b is one of the best in the business. His arrogance may be annoying, but when you look at the games he's made (like gears) that arrogance really shines through. But in a good way lol. A good game, he can most assuredly make. He should however, let other people do his pr.
