As a person who actually knows a couple dames, yeah, this happens to every female who doesn't live in a bubble. I had an ex-girlfriend who worked at a movie theater, and she'd sit in on some free movies, and on a couple separate occasions somebody would come into the almost empty theater, and sit 2 seats away, wait about 20 minutes, and then start masturbating furiously. Another ex of mine was offered $100 for sex on the train, and when she was on the bus she saw a guy masturbating in his car.
