CliffyB is a pawn of The Man, who likes to tout The Man, and his console, as being awesome.
Also, he believes whatever bogus hogwash about competitor consoles, to The Man's console, that The Man feeds him, or his engineers that told him so are... deluded, or quite possibly insane, or just Plain Dumb (tm). Probably The Man was involved with that as well.
That being said, it's very cool of Teddy P. (lol) to say good stuff about the competition.
