I like the DS3, it's quite nice, but I wouldn't drop $94 (which is asking price in AU) for it.

Six-Axis on the other hand, is a pile of junk. Build quality is shotty, as a person who's owned all types of official playstation controllers (including the original PS1 analogue-less controller) I have never broken a controller. For any console in fact. But for some reason, on both my Six-Axis controllers the left analogue stick has gone to hell (makes clicking noises when I move it) and the L2 and R2 buttons are all sponge like (they don't spring back quickly when pressed).

But my complaint with both DS3 and 6-axis is the shaving of the bottom of the controller to add triggers means I need tiny hands to hold the thing AND the placement of the analogue and D-PAD, after the ingenuity of the gamecube and 360 controllers, I found it so hard and wrong to go back to the PS controller.

D-Pad on the PS Controllers rock though, they're my favourite of all time.
