Don't think so. Have you seen a moment of actual gameplay in there? I mean if it is a racing game I would expect competitors which are racing against you. If its a Jump&Run I would expect some jumping or enemies, or traps or whatever. As it is it looks more like GTA without the traffic, the enemies, the weapons ...
