Definitely.  It's my favorite anime ever.  It's made by Bones, the same people who made FMA, Ouran High Host Club, Darker than Black, and Wolf's Rain among others.  I also recommend you check out everything I just listed.

It's just a mass of amazingness.  I've only seen about half of them, but I can say without a doubt all of them are of the highest quality.
