Scientists discovered that Earth had an iron core that created a magnetic field in the 1930's. Scientists knew about the Sun's magnetic field in the 1950's. This 'cat' didn't say anything that scientists didnt already know, and assuming that Mars and Venus have iron cores just like earth isn't impressive at all, especially when scientists already thought the same thing.
